It's just a reminder of how sucky you are as a driver and you are holding up the traffic and as a driver with only my horn (hehehe) and lights I am using both to tell you that you should retake your driver's test and re-read the part about safe high way driving speed because obvisouly you didn't read them the first time.

And you can try to beat my ass if you have the balls to stop. I am sure 100s of other drivers who had to pass you don't mind paying your face a visit with their clubs and autolocks.
