I made a post couple of months back basically stating how I was pulled over for my aftermarket mirrors with turn signals (pics in my sig). Long story short, I got pulled over, cop said they were blue, I say they're white (they're white, NO QUESTION.) he says they're blue and gives me a ticket.
Court date 1: Plead not guilty, reassigned to another date.
Court date 2: Cop shows up, prosecuting attorney is an ass and makes a big deal if wether I installed them for "saftey" or "style", judge tells me to come back down to the station the next night to have the same officer who pulled me over "look" at my mirrors again.
That next night at the police station: Cop admits they are white, but in his opinion, at a distance, the individual LED lights have a slight blue hue.
Court date 3: Cop comes back and testifies they are white with a blue tint. Judge finds me guilty but says if I put my factory mirrors back on he'll dismiss the charges.
Court date 4 (and $160 less, due to the cost of one new mirror at Bale Honda): Judge does not look at my car, cop does not show up to court, judge finds me guilty but suspends the sentance (which was $180 + court costs.)
Always fight the small stuff, I knew the judge would treat it like a broken taillight, or no proof of insurance when you really do have insurance. It was good.

Plus, I had an excuse to buy a new mirror and go back to "clean" "OEM :werd:" looks.
