Absolutly. But there are 2 problems. 1)-you need a ggod match, and they don't sell Honda touch-up aresol. So you would have to get the correct factory color and use a spray gun or a refillable aresol can. 2)-since you've never done this before you could make it worse.
the basic senario would be to wet sand it, paint it, wetsand, paint, (till you finally get a smooth coat w/full coverage) then a number (i'd guess about 5-8), of clear coats, then wetsand and polish. It's more detailed than that, and there are different ways some people do it. But thats the basic senario. The more time you put into it the better you'll hide it. Sorry to hear that by the way. I have a new accord and i know i'd probably commit suicide if i did that.
