yeah, if you have to you can trigger the unloader in a vapor locked car by pushing the pedal all the way to the bottom and turning it over. this is also the only way to cure an FI car after flooding...dumps all the gas out as soon as possible i guess, not really sure. never had to do it to my civic, but my s10 flooded a lot.
