Buy some quick detail spray. Soak bird crap really well. The more the better. Let it soak for 30 seconds. Then take a tissue and pick up as much as you can. Respay and keep picking it up. Once "MOST" of it is gone give one more spray and wipe with a Microfiber towel. You dont want to wipe the whole thing up at one time. It will scratch the paint.
