I thought of that, but i work in Hollywood where there are street people all over the place. They'd steal any kind of sheet i put over it within a day or 2 to use as bedding.

maybe make a sheet that has toothpicks sticking out of it and then put that on top of the wire so they wont land.
How high is the wire?
Wire is way too high with no way to get to it. Plus the power company would freak !
On a brighter note, while not really a solution, i found crap on the hood after work today as usual. But after waxing my car this weekend and putting a triple coat on the hood, the crap just came right off like an egg in a teflon pan and didn't leave any mark at all. Just a dab of water on a terry and it's gone. would be nice tho to have a can of wipes that would work well and not strip the wax or hurt the finish in any way. If mothers makes them i would think someone else would. If not i suppose i'll just keep a small spray bottle of water and a terry in the glove box and keep the hood well waxed.
