The 94/95 Accords have one of the corner bulb that blinks with the front bumper. Since you don't have both bulbs in each corner the circuit is not complete and you'll get hyper blinkers.
I hope that is the case, but what trips me out is the fact that I didn't have bulbs in the corners since the day I got in a wreck. I have since cleared out my tails and tested them out, no hyper blinkers. When I drove over to my buddies house to fix my car, no hyper blinkers, but now I have hypers
I'll put some bulbs in it tomorrow and see what's up.
