Default Type-R sway bar problem

well i got my beaks quickswap in and bolted it up :-) i have been taking turns really nicely and i am very happy with it. but yesterday the endlink was hitting my exhaust so i was going to wrap the endlink bolt with exhaust repair to absorb the vibration. i saw that the endlink bushing the onlt that the bolt goes through the bushing to the LCA came out, the endlink was just chilling 1 inch away from it and the bushing was still bolted up to the LCA!!!! LOL

Should i put a spacer on the lca endlink bolt to make the endlink comout farther and not be on such a angle so this doesnt happen again? any sugesstions?
