You won't get a Corolla XRS for $15k. The trick is that the "base price" is listed as $17,455 but Toyota only builds the car with a certain combo of options (codes MR, PO, EV and CK, if you'd like to check edmunds.com) which adds up to a sticker price of $20,245. Invoice on that option combo including freight is $18,163. The only factory incentive for the month of August is available 2.9% APR financing up to 60 months for qualified buyers, and since the car is produced in such low numbers dealerships are in no rush to move them (my store has gotten a total allocation of two cars, one of which has been sold, and we average 400-450 units per month). So yeah, $15k would be a stretch to say the least.
