I had a fun little morning... cut open the top of my thumb right through the nail, and it was just hanging there by a little bit of skin. I got a ride to the medical center in the hotel van, got my thumb sewed back on, and was back at work in less than an hour and a half. I didn't have to do anything, wont have to pay for anything, and can take tomorrow off if I want. My thumbs a different story though... they stitched it back on, but they say it's going to grow back up from underneath, and the dead top part will just fall off when its time... so esentially, they just used the top half of my thumb for a big band-aid. They said that when it heals, my fingerprint will be different
