Am I saying that there won't be regulations on Mars...no not at all in fact the opposite, but after seeing how enforceable it is on earth what gives me any hope that it will be more enforced on Mars?

Well, whats the worst thing that could happen? After trashing Mars and the moon, we could just move on to Jupiter's moons .

I say we just place all the industry on Mars in Japan's hands. They like to make things clean and efficient
