aside from human life not prospering on a planet with little to zero water and oxygen, plant life (vegetables to EAT) and animals (meat to EAT) would also have a difficult time prospering.

i dont expect the gov't to cater to my needs but i can tell you that im not the only one in this nation that questions why my money is being spent so carelessly.... im sure you yourself can think of a gov't program you'd like to reduce spending on.
