If you get a 15x7" wheel you need a 42-44mm offset. 45mm might hit the rear upper control arm on some Civics. I had to file mine down about 1-2mm. 38-40mm offset and the wheel may hit the fender lip with 205/50x15" Azenis.
I have a 15x7" Kosei K1 with 45mm offset and 3mm spacers and it works perfect. I had a 15x7" Kosei TS with 38mm offset and it rubbed like crazy. Both with the same tire.
