Try the manufactures website for the external HD. I used to work tech support at Iomega and we'd get NT calles about USB based zip drives sometimes and for some dumb reason we did support NT on a few drives so we had to support it (and had drivers that if they worked, and usually didn't, they became the only USB device that will ever work on that machine). Most likely there won't be anything listed, but it's worth a shot.
