Default 1999 Civic - Edelbrock Turbo kit & more, cheap

ASKING 7,750 OBO

I'm moving out of state to go to college, and in order to cover some of the costs associated with that I need to sell my Civic. This is one awesome car, and whoever gets it is going to be one happy person, I really hate to let it go.

1999 Honda Civic EX - 64,000 Miles Clover Green Pearl
Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Vehicle Condition

I had originally planned on taking this car with me to college, so I have built it and maintained it quite well. As much as I love this car, I have to let it go because the insurance and car payment on top of my rent and college expenses meant that I would be having to work too much, and I have decided that focusing on school is probably a better idea.

The car's interior is in great condition, very clean and almost 100% stock. I never put a body kit on this car but I did keep the stock paint very clean and used Meguiar's 3 step and Mother's clay bar every 6 months.

Modifications

Motor
  • Edelbrock Turbo Kit (Part #1500) - Street legal and Smog legal in 50 states
Kit installed at 58,000 miles, no prior motor modifications
Click here to view the Edelbrock turbo kit, and what it comes with
  • Mobil 1 Synthetic oil changes every ~2,000 miles (3 months always came first for me)
  • Dealer 30k mile and 60k mile services completed

Transmission
  • ACT XTreme Pressure plate with SS Street Disc - Rated @ 275ft/lbs tq.
  • XACT Pro-Lite Flywheel (~9 lbs)
Both installed at 63,500 miles (still new)

Suspension
  • Eibach Pro-Kit - Moderate drop, comfortable ride and very responsive turning
  • Koni Yellow Adjustable Shocks - Allow you to adjust how soft or firm the ride is

Other Misc. Mods
  • 16" Kosei K1 Racing wheels - Lighter than stock wheels
  • Denji Chrome Gen 3 Projector Headlights
  • Apex'i N1 Turbo Muffler with 2.5" piping (sounds nice, and not too loud)
  • Brembo Slotted front Brake rotors w/EBC Greenstuff pads (stops quick)

Also, I have an AEM-EMS unit for this car, part # 30-1010. The unit cost me $1400, but I have not yet had it installed.

Kelley Blue Book
The Middle Blue Book value on this car is $8,505 as of July 30, 2004.

The Turbo kit cost $4k, suspension and wheels were $2k, clutch was $1k, so basically $7k worth of major modifications.

Price
I am asking $7,750 for the car and I'm including the AEM EMS FOR FREE!!
