I'd love to do some road course stuff.
The way I see it... drag racing is for people with lots of power but dont know how to use a steering wheel.
Autocrossing is fun, until little 12 year old kids in go karts go out there and rape your best time of the day and make you and your 300 hp feel like shit.
seems like a road course would be the best of both worlds

i'd love to run that track they have in the Top Gear videos, just to see what kind of times my car would put up against all those other cars.
your dashboards break and your cars cant handle. end of story
My dashboard is in fine condition, and actually the things that break most often on my car are the window motors and the headlight motors. everything else is typically pretty solid.
and at the last autocross event i went to (which is admittedly way more about handling than about power), the best time of the day went to a LT1 camaro with the ttops off. and the corvettes were doing really well as well, beating most of the miatas, jettas, and WRX's. I was surprised.
