usually yes. at one point I was making prepayments on my cell phone bill but changed my mind on that.
for bigger ones like property tax or insurance (every 6month for both). I just make sure I have enough money to pay them :dunno:
usually it's not too difficult since you have 6months to prepare for it but I make sure I have enough money to pay for them at the beginning of the 6 months.
