ok, well thanks to the guys near the top of the thread for helping me.. lol u other guys just argued, but yah like dubster said it did pop the clutch out of gear one... he didnt even get it in, it turns out there is a leak and what he did didnt help the leak, he was basically putting the gear into 1st with no transmission oil to lubricate it... which explains why when he puts it into 2nd then 1st it works smoothly, oil is carried to gear one...
