All you need is a P06 ECU. It won't matter if it's manual or auto. It can even come from an LX, but if you find a DX P06, you're golden for sure.

Edit: For good measure... if you find one on ebay... Ask the seller to provide you with the serial # on it before you buy or bid. It's on a label on the side. Give all of those numbers to a Honda parts counter and they will tell you for sure if it will work on your year chassis. I think there might be something funky on the 92's, but from what I gather 93-95 are the same.
