dcivicHB... what motor are you replacing the ecu for? Is it your stock cx engine? That matters more than the transmission because its fuel trims are set to the engine's output and capabilities more than it is to transmission control.

Don't civic automatics have TCU's? I don't know because I don't mess with autos... If they do, the transmission is controlled separately from the ECU. Mitsubishi uses TCU's so it's not uncommon to imports.
