the blue tape is going to be about the same price everywhere, give or take a few cents. Lowes, Home Depot, and Wal-mart does have it, but probably not much cheaper.
It's very similar. Blue is more common.
I don't know about taping an entire car
My friends spend hours doing just the front bumper. I'd hate to be the one that has to remove it all...
