but I have a 94 Accord LX AT and I've noticed a few problems occuring lately.

The first is the hard shifts when I'm accelerating and the RPM meter goes between RPM's. This was always a problem when I got the car used 3 years ago, but with regular oil changes, it went away. Now, even with oil changes, the shifts are really noticeable. Any ideas how to fix this? I hope its not my tranny.

The second is that my AC doesn't blow cold air. I figure it needs an AC recharge, but how much is that? I saw some DIY kits at Autozone and was going to pick it up and attempt it myself. Any suggestions or advice?
