If it's hitting the fender then it will either need to be raised or you will have to roll the fenders or you will need to replace the struts (which may not even fix it).

Sometimes you have to sacrifice looks for drivability. It sucks, I know, but would you rather that it looked good for a little while and then had a crumpled fender or that it looks a little less good cause it's not as low, but stays that way forever?
