You should ideally use a D15B7 intake manifold, the ports are smaller on the CX head and manifold (it would choke the new B7.)

You need the matching ECU. The CX ECU will make it run like hell from being to lean.

If you want something that works, HatchVX's engine is a good buy. I drove it while it was still in it's old body, and it was in great condition. He probably has the VX ECU kicking around, too.
