I'm in the process of changing both fans out. I too called Honda and got the 222(4).00 price for each "motor" not even the whole fan just the motor. My local Discount Auto (which is Advanced Auto) had the radiator fan in stock for 45.00 which in most cases is a NipponDenso motor.They didn't have the condenser fan so I went to Auto Zone which only had the whole unit (Fan, motor & housing) for 120.00 so I picked it up and it's lifetime guaranteed.

Installing the condenser fan is simple. But the radiator one I couldn't do. There is a radiator hose and a/c lines blocking it from pulling up & out. I didn't wanna mess with my a/c lines living in Florida and all, it's something I need.

Well anyway you can go to a local store and buy just the motors if the original housings are still good (not cracked or whatever) and swapping them out is easy. Just unscrew the fan blade from the motor. And like 3-4 screws holding the motor to the housing.
