Whoever started it, would you say that you just randomly thought of the name, or did you get it from somewhere?

Just curious because a coworker of mine was talking about how broke she was and all of a sudden she mentioned that she was a "member" of Team B.O.B.! I asked her what it meant, and she said ballaz on a budget. I then asked her where she got that term and she said that she got it from her friends (not sure if it was her boyfriend or just her friends outside or work).
