As for getting off Orange Peel....take 2000 grit sand paper and wet sand...but don't over sand...if you sand too much, you'll go all the way through the clear and it'll leave an indention. Then take a buffer and go through the buffing process. You can wash it the day after you paint it...just don't wax it.
