Probably close to a year ago, Guiness had a promotional free beer towel give away. A bunch of HAN members filled out the survey, we were promised it within 4-6 weeks.

Time passed, we thought it would never come.

Then alas, hope! We received a notice about an error they corrected and "they would be sent out shortly."

So a year after the fact, I finally received mine, and am overjoyed.
