wow. i scraped together a few bucks and bought a cheap short ram intake bc i like the sound better, and by the time the air from CAI gets to the engine its hot already anyhow.
Most of the intakes are made out of aluminum and do not conduct heat very well, so they do not get real hot therefore not heating the air much.
