What setup are you running?
Is it a simple spring and shock set?
Coilover sleeves?
Full coiliovers?
I think part of the issue is the extreme negative camber induced by lowering the car so much.

h: The shape of the contact patch has been changed, and so have the forces acting on the tire tread. These changes can lead to downright
dangerous handling problems.
For comparison, I'm only lowered by 1.6 inches. And I barely scrape on the occasional speed bump. I honestly can't see a reason for going much lower.
Worst case scenario, you may no longer have have sufficient suspension travel to deal with serious changes in road surface. It is possible to be
too low.
