Exactly 2 days after the mechanic had the tire off (to show me i didn't need brakes, but the CV boot was ripped), I am trying to get the tire off. Of course it was overtightened & the devil of a time getting it unbolted Same deal with the tire though. I pulled & pulled but it remains on the car. I came here in hopes of a solution & will try the hammer thing, but 2 days after it was off?

Instead of saving $$ by putting the CV boot in myself, I'm going to need to use it for a manicure & massage :gorgeous:
