-open armrest and remove cover and the screws inside the arm rest.
-remove cup holder and remove screws
-remove entire armrest
-remove two more screws near the rear of the center console
-remove shiftknob
-remove ashtray and screw behind it
-should be able to pull out the center console
-unplug clock, hazard, and cig lighter

the rest should be simple.
