sh!t my header is dragging.it was off of a gsr and i thought i would have the right clearence,wrong.well hopefully it will all soon be gone with my friend mr t3/t4 turbo.
personally if i could go back in time i would stick with the stock exhaust manifold.trust me unless you have mods out the ass.the truth is your not going to notice any power gains.and in a lot of cases you loose power.yeah it frees up exhaust gasses and lets it flow better.but honda put the stock exhaust mani on there for a reason,because it gets the job done to the best that they wanted.aside from the fact that it is a little heavier i would just leave it on there and save your self the truble.
