yeah .what kind of header? i have a dc 4 into 1 header and it rubed on the front cross memeber really bad. It would make this shitty rubbing noise and it was kinda like a jack hammer.i took a die drinder and started shaving it.little by little.just makie sure you dont cut the auctual thick part of the frame because it will weaken your whole crossmember.i just shaved the inside lip that was coming off of it and its ok now.it still kinda rubs from time to time but no big deal.
