I dont get what you are talking about. You cant get the coolant to flow to the radiator? You mean the coolant doesnt go through your engine or something, maybe your thermostat is screwed. But it will only go through the engine at operating temp (unless the thermostat is broken).

But yeah i dont quite know what you mean.
