rocks are different story. those fences were used that day to block parts of the road, then they were laid down improperly. that is what cause my rim to scrape. if those po po knew what they're doing, i wouldn't be in this mess.

i am not sue happy. i am actually anti-sue-happiers. however, it takes a rim owner to understand the pain scrapes can bring. if it is not your fault, then you should do what it takes to set things right. it would be cheaper for the city to pay me for the rim, but we all know they'll think i am nut if i go there and talk to them. they expect the lawyer language and it is the step i must take. i am not sueing for money, i just want a exact same rim as the one scraped.

by the way, jay-walking is illegal, especially during rush beach hour. i saw more jay-walking in 15 minutes down the beach than my whole 2 years in virginia. cops didn't bother to do nothing. i could have run over someone wearing dark clothes. then i'd doomed.
