^^you don't need to get all the paint off the arms. Just sand until the existing paint is a lighter shade. All you need to do is sand so you'll get a tooth for the paint to stick to. I don't know why EVERYBODY in here thinks you have to sand down to bare plastic/metal. If you spend more than 20 minutes sanding both Arms...you've sanded too much.
