"My brother made a deal with my dad that if he does great in school he'll buy him any car he wants. My dad has a pretty darn good job and my brother wants a Skyline. Dad has already agreed and knows that it would need to be imported. What are some recomendations on models of Skylines and good companies to import them? Thanks."

See, the question you are asking has nothing to do with pot or even the first part of him getting caught and dad taking his car. So leave that out of it and we will too.
