I don't know of a how-to or a guide for this... it's really just a basic frame... wood would be a lot easier to work with, where steel will be stronger. Obvisouly.

I like a nice well made wood frame. Feels more comfortable.

Get some 2x4's, sand em down and smooth all corners and edges down. Stain accordingly and bolt em together. I'll be beautiful.
