seriously tho.
you can work out, take a hot shower, clean up the house, if you have a garage go clean out your car, just do anything to stay occupied.
when you sit and think, "damn, i can't sleep" you WONT be able to.
if you take your mind off it and get movin, you'll find yourself getting sleepy... find a time you really want to go to sleep and prepare yourself for bed about a half hour before hand... make it a routine...
