Agreed. Either it is a standard Mugen chip, OR it is tuned to the car. If it is running constantly rich, I can assure you it's not tuned and is most likely hurting the power potential of the car.

If you are running no cat, swapping one back on will make the noise less obvious, but the car will still run poorly from being too rich.
