The '93 GS-R PR3 head is identical to the first gen B16A PR3 head with only the slightest cam profile differences. You basically have a complete first gen B16A engine.

Chip replacement involves desoldering and all sorts of fun stuff. The easiest thing to do is to buy a whole P30 ECU.
