Welcome aboard. I can assist u in some ways, as i just finished my build and turbo install on my B18C1. First off that price is high for those parts, unless it includes sleeves, which im sure it doenst, especially since a Acura dealership will install it. I purchased my Eagle H beam rods for about 310 shipped, brand new. I purchased 9:1 OS CP forged pistons for about 400 shipped. I purchased the Federal Mogul bearing kit which was around 100, although ACL makes a great kit also. This includes rod bearings, crank bearing and thrust washers. So i was lookin at under a grand for parts on the bottom end, and those are all great reliable parts. Anyway as far as the crank goes, did u damage the crank at all? have they miked it up and seen if its outta spec? if not id recommend keeping the stock GSR crank, it can handle alot of power. As far as power goes a general rule of thumb is roughly 350 whp out of out stock sleeves with forged internals, of course this is based on a very conservative tune done correctly. Stock sleeves are by no means weak, and will not fracture under a decent amount of load. There are plenty of guys running 12psi + on a stock bottom end, with forged internals up and beyond that will not be a problem, with correct tuning of course. In fact a guy on HT has a GSR stock bottom end pushing 540 to the wheels on stock sleeves, like i said, its all in the tune, and going 9:1 is a great start. Just remember the tuning is key with boost, dont go cheap and do a FMU/missing link or the AFC Hack, they both screwed me twice. GO uberdata. Anyway good luck with the setup, take your time and do it right. Ive been building/saving money for parts and turbo shit for over a year and researching for even longer, and still have many kinks to work out. Take yur time and do it right the first time. And dont waste money, there are some great deals out there. You can email me if u have more particular questions or questions about places to buy parts.
