I do have a concern about this rebuild....is the block going to be re-sleeved with reinforced cylinder bores? Because the Eagle kit doesn't come with new sleeves if memory serves.
If the cylinder bores are left free-standing [as they are stock], you'll still be limited to about 7 to 8 psi of boost. The drop in compression will help, but not by much.
If you're spending the money for forged internals and lowering your compression for boost, I'd strongly recommend installing some form of a cylinder bore brace.
