You won't need a new throttle cable to use a Skunk2 manifold, and any manifold you change to will most likely require a new intake. At least the top half of one.
Or a bandsaw. Insteaad of adding piping, I had to take some piping out and turn my strut tower brace around backwards to clear the bov and throttle cable bracket. This was on the edelbrock manifold which moved the throttle body up and a little to the right. :thumbup:
