If your headlight is sealed you need to use heat gun to melt the sealant compound. I've seen 1 guy from different board opened his civic sealed headlight to do Angel Eyes by put in the oven with temp. around 400 F for few minutes to melt the sealant. It sound crazy but it worked for him to do cheap mod!
