Just be very sure that the friction of the sand paper is done on a very wet surface, have a sponge in hand to douse the area you are sanding. You could also use a free flowing hose with no real force behind it.
Where can I buy those high grit sand paper 'cuz I check in Home Depot they don't have it?

Sanding block or sander (particular RPM?) which one produce a better result?
