1. I just checked my owners manual for my 98 Integra LS and the recommended service interval under normal driving conditions is 105,000 while conventional wisdom seems to be 90,000. Why the difference?

2. Valve Clearance - in the shop manual for the 98 Integra, the last step is to retourque the crank shaft to 133 foot pounds. What does this mean? Does the crank shaft pulley need to be loosened in order to turn it and bring the cylinder to TDC ? Is this necessary.
