My friend with a Lexus SC430 (!!!!!, 5spd auto-sportshift, 300hp/310ftlb-tq!!!!, what a FUN car) had the runflats installed from the factory and they lasted like 9K miles. He doesn't squall tires either, just drives REALLY fast.
