Don't get a fuel rail. The stock is more than good enough unless you want a new one for the bling. A SAFC would be a waste of money if you're going turbo. If you really want to go turbo, save up for it now. Most other things you can do to your engine now will be redone with your turbo.

Like txhatch said, do suspension mods and go autocrossing. It's incredble fun.
